This chart was finally updated at some point yesterday confirming that Carroll County process 10,558 mail in ballots on canvass day 1. They currently have 3,885 ballots to process on canvass day 2 (November 18th). That number will increase before the 18th.

 

 

There are also another (approximately) 898 Provisional ballots that will be canvassed on November 16th. That was the number provided to The Observer on November 10th.
